As per a recently published AdSense statistics re-post, almost 72% AdSense account got disabled and banned due to invalid click activity reason.
A group of students also done research about the webmaster’s view and thought about their AdSense account getting disabled due to invalid click activity.
Most of the webmaster said that they neither clicked on their own ads nor provoked anyone to do so. They feel that Google disabled their account so that they won’t have to pay him anymore. Also, some said, “it’s a Google scandal to fool webmasters”.

What is invalid click activity in AdSense?
As per definition if a click is generated as an outcome of keen interest on the ad or product showing in the screen and if the user clicked on the ad, it will be counted as a legit click.Now if the user just clicks on the ad without even having any interest on whatever is showing in the screen, it will definitely be counted as an invalid click.
Also if a user just keeps clicking every single ad showed in his screen, then also it can be taken as invalid click activity.
Because logically there is no one in this internet who could be interested with every single ad shows up on his / her screen.

How Google does know all this about Invalid Click Activity?
As I said on many previous posts of mine, that Google uses very sophisticated human alike bots which crawl pages just the way we see them on screen.Besides that Google has few more advanced bots and algorithm especially for Adsense program as this is their major source of revenue and they do not want to compromise their quality in this competitive market.
Google also uses the mouse tracking algorithm which actually every single user’s mouse pattern on the sites using AdSense and depending upon their mouse pattern google checks their psychology behind clicking on those ads. It’s a very complex process with many complex algorithms.
How invalid clicks happen on our site?
As I’ve already described what invalid click is still many webmaster claims that they neither did it nor provoked anyone to click on their ads. From a judging perspective, its almost sounds like a thief claiming that he didn’t steal anything. Funny right?Though I’m not saying that every webmaster is lying about the invalid click activity on their site.
This is how it happens, some webmasters don’t even know the Google Adsense policies and hence make mistakes which Google doesn’t forgive and in the end, they blame Google for their own mistake.
But there are many webmasters who are telling the truth. They follow every Google policy but still get disabled due to invalid click activity. How does it happen, right?
Well, technically it is called “Adsense Cyber Fraud Attack” - a specific attack towards AdSense users to generate fraud click and as a result to block your AdSense account.
There are no specific reasons behind all these attacks and no specific motives also. The only common motive they have is they have Google and its product, mainly Adsense and hate AdSense account holders.
As a statistical result of a research paper, it has been shown that major invalid click activities are triggered in the home country of the author or webmasters. These are specially done by webmaster’s close people and friends who are not happy with his / her web success.
So, they do invalid click on your site to stop the major source of income you have in your site. Beside this there are few countries from which these major attacks come are mainly China, Russia, Pakistan, Ukraine, and Belgium, etc.
Some hackers from these countries do this thing so that your AdSense account gets disabled and you lose your major income source.

Why Cyber Fraud Attackers do all this?
Well, human psychology is one of the most complicated things on earth. So understanding human emotion and reflexes is as hard as living on Mars.Nobody actually knows why these people want to harm AdSense users and why did they get in return.
Maybe they do this because they love to see other people suffer or maybe they take revenge on his/ her own AdSense disabled account on other AdSense publishers.
Nobody actually knows because Adsense cyber fraud attacks can be done by your dearest friend or neighbor or even someone far from your country.
How to get rid of Adsense Cyber Fraud Attack?
When you paste your AdSense code in your website it is by default set to show in everywhere in the earth. You can’t change that.The way to save yourself from these Adsense attacks is, firstly do not share your Adsense approval or success stories with anyone who envies you and secondly block, showing ads for all the mentioned countries above.
So that any user from these countries never sees AdSense ad content on your site and if they can’t see the ad, they can’t initiate invalid activity on it.
Blocking ads for specific countries is not as easy as it sounds like, basically for a nontechie user who have no experience of development & coding.
Though there are few tools available like Google Ad Manager (DFP) or other ad management tool which does support filtering country and show ads.
If you are a coder or you want more customization capability towards this matter, You can develop your own plugin or write your own code to archive the outcome you want.
As there is no popular and trusted WordPress plugin to do this work that I’m aware of, I cannot mention any plugin name here.
Just one thing make sure when you develop your own plugin or write your own code, Do not try to hide ad in your site by using CSS or jQury or any front end language.
As I said Googlebot crawl your site like the way other user does along with that Googlebot also crawls the page source code, CSS and js file.
As you cannot change the raw page source code by using any front end language, Google will find that and DISABLE your Adsense account. Hiding AdSense ad having the ad code in the page is also against Adsense policy.
So I’ll suggest you, to do this using server-side language like PHP. So that the ad code only shows up in the source code when the page is visited from any whitelisted country.
What method do I follow in my site?
I do not follow this approach anymore on my site, as now I just simply track Adblock enabled users using Google Analytics but I used to use my custom written plugin for this.I cannot recommend any free plugin that does this same for WordPress as I haven’t used them personally.
The only reason I stopped using this on my own site is that I don’t wanna provide a bad user experience even the user don’t wanna see ads.
But if you have a new Adsense account, it’s best to use this approach from being disabled for invalid click activity by Google.
My Adsense account is already disabled due to invalid activity

If you are 200% sure that it didn’t happen due to your fault, feel free to submit an Invalid Activity Appeal at google.
But make sure every AdSense account has only one appeal chance. So, if your appeal gets rejected, your account is permanently banned from AdSense.

The term “Invalid Activity” may sound very light but it has a lot of things going behind the scene.Make sure your AdSense account is safe and also people from the fraudulent country does not see your ads.
